Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August, 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Zazzify, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“Zazzify,” “we,”“us”), collects, uses, and discloses personal information. Zazzify operates a business-to-business platform that enables businesses (“Customers”) to plan and send direct mail advertising to consumers at residential addresses.

This Policy is written for two audiences:

•      Platform Users — representatives of businesses that visit our website or use our platform; and

•      Consumers — individuals whose names, postal addresses, and related information appear in our marketing database or in lists our Customers upload, and who may receive mail sent through our platform. We treat your home address as private: we use it to deliver mail, but we do not disclose it to the advertisers who run campaigns. If you received a piece of mail sent through Zazzify, Section 9 explains your choices, including how to stop future mail and how to request deletion of your information.

1. Personal Information We Collect

1.1 Information About Platform Users

•      Account and contact data: name, business email, phone number, company name, job title, login credentials.

•      Billing data: billing contact and address; payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.), not stored by Zazzify.

•      Usage data: log files, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, actions taken in the platform.

•      Communications: support requests, emails, and feedback.

•      Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 8 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies) below.

1.2 Information About Consumers

We maintain and license a marketing database used to power our platform, and we process consumer information our Customers upload. Depending on the source, this may include:

•      Identifiers: name, residential postal address, and address-related identifiers (such as carrier route or delivery point codes).

•      Demographic and household attributes: for example, estimated age range, household composition, homeownership status, estimated income range, and property characteristics.

•      Commercial information and inferences: modeled interests, purchase propensities, and audience segments.

•      Campaign records: which addresses were included in a Campaign and mail delivery metadata.

We do not intentionally collect or license: Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, biometric data, health or medical information, or information about individuals we know to be under 18.

2. Sources of Personal Information

•      Directly from Platform Users (account registration, support requests).

•      Automatically (cookies, server logs, analytics).

•      From our Customers (Uploaded Lists, which we process on the Customer’s behalf as a service provider).

•      From third-party data providers and licensors, public records, and other commercially available sources, which supply the consumer data available through search.

3. How We Use Personal Information

•      Provide, operate, secure, and improve the platform and fulfill direct mail Campaigns.

•      Enable Customers to identify audiences and send direct-mail advertising (this is the core purpose of our consumer database).

•      Process payments, manage accounts, and provide support.

•      Maintain suppression and do-not-mail lists and honor consumer privacy requests.

•      Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

•      Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

•      Analytics and product improvement, including aggregated or de-identified analyses. We commit to maintaining de-identified data in de-identified form and not attempting re-identification.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

•      To Customers (advertisers): Customers use our platform to identify and select audiences. Customers receive professional and identifying information about selected individuals — such as name, employer, job title, and similar business-context attributes — together with individual-level campaign results (for example, which selected individuals were mailed and available response or match data). Customers do not receive consumers’ residential (home) addresses. Home addresses are retained by Zazzify and used solely to print and deliver mail on the Customer’s behalf; they are not disclosed to, or downloadable by, Customers. Consumers may opt out as described in Section 9.

•      Service providers and contractors: print and mail fulfillment vendors, cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer support tools, bound by contracts restricting their use of the data.

•      Data providers: we may return match results or campaign metrics to data licensors as required by our license agreements.

•      Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.

•      Legal: to comply with law, lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes except as described above, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

5. Our Role Under Privacy Laws

•      For Zazzify Data: Zazzify acts as a “business” / “controller.”

•      For Uploaded Lists: Zazzify acts as a “service provider” / “processor” on behalf of the Customer that uploaded the list. If you submit a privacy request that concerns an Uploaded List, we will forward your request to the relevant Customer and assist as required by law.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above: account data for the life of the account plus [2 years]; consumer database records for as long as they remain commercially licensed and accurate, subject to deletion and opt-out requests; suppression records indefinitely (so we can keep honoring your opt-out); and campaign and billing records as required for legal, tax, and audit purposes. Retention criteria include legal requirements, contract obligations, and dispute resolution needs.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging.

9.1 Rights Available to You

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and others), you may have the right to:

•      Know / Access — confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy.

•      Delete — request deletion of personal information we hold about you.

•      Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.

•      Opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising— direct us not to sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

•      Limit use of sensitive personal information (California) — we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a limit right.

•      Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

•      Appeal — if we deny your request, you may appeal as described in our response; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

9.2 How to Submit a Request

•      Email: privacy@zazzify.io

•      Web form: www.zazzify.io/do-not-sell

We will verify your identity using your name and address and, where needed, additional information; we use verification data only for that purpose. You may use an authorized agent with signed permission. We respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days with notice); opt-out requests are honored within 15 business days.

9.3 Do-Not-Mail (Stop Future Mail)

Whether or not your state provides statutory rights, anyone may ask us to stop mail sourced from our database by contacting privacy@zazzify.io with the name and address to suppress, or via www.zazzify.io/do-not-mail. We add suppressed addresses to a permanent do-not-mail list applied across our platform. Mail already in production or in postal streams may still arrive for up to [6–8] weeks. You may also register with DMA-choice (dmachoice.org) to reduce direct mail industry-wide. Note: mail sent from a Customer’s own Uploaded List is controlled by that Customer; we will forward your request to them.

9.4 Opt-Out Preference Signals

Our website honors the GlobalPrivacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information associated with your browser.
